Hyperpigmentation occurs due to excessive and abnormal melanin production, triggered by various factors (UV exposure, hormonal changes, skin aging...). This concentrate is milder than the 5% ANTI-DARK SPOTS concentrate, making it suitable for sensitive skin, brightening fresh post-acne marks, and reducing rosacea inflammation.

Powerful depigmenting DERMEDEN concentrate with a synergistic combination of active ingredients: 3% tranexamic acid and 10% niacinamide treat hyperpigmentation at its source – in melanocytes (cells producing melanin).

Clinical trials after 90 treatment days showed a significant reduction (up to 27.6%) in dark spots and brown patches size and pigmentation. Effective for all types of pigmentation issues.

Effects: Reduces post-acne marks and effectively treats all types of pigmentation issues (melasma, lentigo, acne scars, brown spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation).

Active Ingredients:

• 10% pure niacinamide: powerful against dark spots;
• 3% pure tranexamic acid: effective on pigment-affected areas.

This active ingredient complex works synergistically regulating melanogenesis in 2 main stages. Tranexamic acid acts at the beginning of the cycle regulating tyrosinase, and niacinamide acts in the second stage regulating melanin transfer.

Usage: Apply locally on the skin, drop 1–2 drops on hyperpigmented areas (clean skin), depending on symptom severity. This procedure should be applied twice daily for 12 weeks: in the morning before skincare cream and in the evening on clean skin. Well tolerated by sensitive skin, can also be used around the eyes.

To prevent new dark spots and maximize treatment efficiency, apply SPF 50 Day Protocol on the entire face in the morning.

If applied excessively, a thin white layer may appear on the treated area. Do not worry, it just means you should reduce the amount of product used.

Important! Do not apply on mucous membranes or get into eyes. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
