Hyperpigmentation occurs due to excessive and abnormal melanin production, which is triggered by various factors (UV exposure, hormonal changes, skin aging...).

Powerful depigmenting DERMEDEN concentrate with a synergy of active ingredients, the most concentrated on the market. 5% tranexamic acid and 10% niacinamide treat hyperpigmentation at its core—melanocytes (cells that produce melanin).

Clinical studies show that after 90 days of treatment, the size of dark spots and brown patches and pigmentation decreased significantly (up to 27.6%). Effective for all types of pigmentation issues.

Effects: Reduces scars and effectively targets all types of pigmentation problems (melasma, lentigo, acne marks, brown spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation...).

Active Ingredients:

• 10% pure niacinamide: powerful against dark spots;
• 5% pure tranexamic acid: powerful effect on pigmented areas.

This complex of active ingredients works synergistically by regulating the melanogenesis process in two main stages. Tranexamic acid acts at the beginning of the cycle by regulating tyrosinase, while niacinamide acts in the second stage by regulating melanin transfer.

Usage: Apply locally to the skin, 1–2 drops on hyperpigmented areas (clean skin), depending on the severity of symptoms. This procedure should be applied twice daily for 12 weeks: morning before skincare cream and evening on clean skin. Well tolerated by sensitive skin, can also be used around the eyes. To prevent new dark spots and maximize treatment efficacy, apply SPF 50 Day Protocol protective cream to the entire face in the morning.

If applied too generously, a thin white layer may appear on the treated area. Do not worry, it simply means you should reduce the amount of product used.

IMPORTANT! Do not apply to mucous membranes.
