The cream's milk exosomes, hydrolysed hyaluronic and ferulic acids maximise the skin's ability to regenerate. Milk exosomes contain biologically active molecules, proteins, growth factors, lipids, RNA (mRNA) and micro RNA (miRNA) nucleic acids. Exosomes carry stem cell information to other cells, resulting in significant improvements in skin elasticity, texture and uniformity of skin colour.

PrimalHyal™ 3K, a triple-action hyaluronic acid blend, maintains skin moisture, stimulates collagen synthesis and creates a protective barrier.   • Milk exosomes - exosomes are small, membrane-encased vesicles secreted by cells. They are increasingly used in cosmetics because of their ability to efficiently transfer biologically active molecules such as proteins, peptides, DNA, RNA and lipids to skin cells.
