• The 3% "Neuroxyl" soothing complex consists of a highly concentrated blend of soothing plant extracts, moisturizing agents, and micro-silver;
• Neuroxyl contains Achillea millefolium, also known as yarrow, aqueous extract. This extract promotes skin regeneration by enhancing cell communication.
