It combines 25 years of fragrance and wellness knowledge with over 60 years of BABOR skincare expertise. This highly effective yet deeply relaxing GROUNDING body care line sets new standards in psychodermatology, helping to withstand the stress of everyday life.

Effect: The Soul & Body set intensely nourishes the skin and strengthens the skin barrier, prevents moisture loss, and supports the microbiome. This combination of body lotion and shower gel ensures effective and gentle cleansing along with intensive care. Action:

• Powerful postbiotics composed of polysaccharides broken down into the finest molecules, short-chain fatty acids (SCFA), and minerals – nourish and support the skin and microbiome in a probiotic manner. Polysaccharides support a healthy skin flora, while SCFAs help reduce inflammatory processes that can lead to cell damage. The range of minerals supports skin regeneration and protective functions. Postbiotics have been shown to improve the skin barrier by up to 79% and increase skin moisture by up to 142%;
• Lactic acid – has multi-layered effects and supports skin regeneration. It gently removes dead skin cells, adjusts the pH to a slightly more acidic and beneficial level, and promotes optimal conditions for a balanced skin microbiome;
